Description
Coopers Cottage is a delightful barn conversion situated in the attractive village of Sedgeberrow, on the fringe of the Cotswolds near Evesham. The cottage is rated 4* by Visit England and so maintains a very high standard.
Coopers Cottage has been sympathetically converted and modernised to meet today’s high standards but retains a wealth of old beams and original features. Much of the furniture is antique and blends in completely with the cottage atmosphere. The cottage has been created to provide peace and tranquillity in a rural environment, hence the sitting room and bedrooms overlook the gardens.
In the Heart of England, Coopers is an ideal place from which to explore the Cotswolds, stately homes, Shakespeare’s birthplace and surrounding areas; relax in the garden; swim in the heated outdoor pool; or try a spot of fishing along the riverbank! Easily accessible from just about anywhere - 30 miles from Birmingham, 50miles from Bristol and 100miles from London.
Coopers is one of 4 properties at Hall Farm and therfore benefits from a large shared garden directly from the Stable Door complete with trampoline, slide/swing set and plenty of space for kids to run-around, plus an orchard to help yourself to apples - the kids love seeing the chickens too! The pool is privately owned and is 5 minute walk away and is shared with other Hall Farm guests.
Coopers Cottage sleeps up to 4 guests plus cot in two ensuite bedrooms. The ground floor accommodation opens into a hallway with coat-hooks, open-plan sitting room with dining area and kitchen separated with a breakfast bar, 'stable' doors open directly onto the shared garden - the kitchen is fully equipped to ensure it's great for those who like cooking. The first floor has two ensuite bedrooms - a large king-sized room where the bathroom has a full sized bath, a twin-room where the bathroom has a French sit-up bath with a shower over it..
Sedgeberrow is a thriving village with a great village shop ; a lovely pub serving home-cooked food; and a lovely church all within 200yds of the cottages.
Children are extremely welcome and we will always try to provide you with as many items as possible from travel cot to toys…. Just ask!
In order to help you settle into your holiday right from the start we ensure that you have kitchen essentials (cling film etc, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs), cleaning things, tea-towels, toilet paper - all to avoid you having to buy these items at the outset!
On your arrival you can expect a warm welcome with a few goodies and a bottle of wine beckoning..

There’s much more to this county than sauce and apples as you’ll find out when you stay in one of our holiday lets or cottages in Worcestershire. There’s one of the finest views in England for a start, along the nine miles ridge of the Malvern Hills. Elgar composed many of his greatest works in Malvern and the wide vista must have been a source of inspiration for him. The nineteenth century spa town of Great Malvern is the home both of Malvern Water and Morgan cars, and boasts an impressive priory with some fine stained glass windows.
Other places of interest to enjoy on one of our Worcestershire cottage holidays include the pretty town of Evesham, set on the River Avon, and the nearby Blossom Trail, a joy to behold when the orchards are in bloom. The county town of Worcester has some interesting old timber buildings and a fine cathedral. Witley Court was once a great house but is now a spectacular ruin. The magnificent fountains here have been restored to full working order. Also well worth seeing are the unique pump rooms at Tenbury Wells, another of the spa towns that grew up on the excellent quality of Worcestershire’s spring water.
